"This place is a guest house, you book a bedroom and have access to a table and a Small kitchenette and microwave oven. Every room has a private bathroom and TV, but no TV services. Federico is very responsive and friendly, there’s a parking lot nearby and the area is very safe at night."

This is more of an Airbnb type of accommodation with no registration or service staff, but it’s very easy to access the room via code, and there are only a handful of other rooms. "A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access."

"Wonderful stay, right on the Garibaldi square and overlooking the river, in a fascinating and lively neighbourhood - lots of food choices, relatively short walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli, watched the rowers training on the Arno. The room ('Teresita') was beautifully appointed with great windows, lots of little luxurious amenities. Will highly recommend this place to everyone."

"Well located and very comfortable hotel. Spacious room with all the amenities needed. Toiletries and drinking water were refreshed/replaced each day. Very quiet. Good choice and range of food for breakfast. 10 minute taxi ride from the airport and a 15 minute walk from Campo dei Miracoli. Restaurants nearby and many more across the river."

"* Room was in good size and clean. * You need to bring your own cup because they don't provide any cup. * Check in was not convenient. This property doesn't have front desk. We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code."
