"Very well located in the historical main street, but consequently quite hard to reach if you're driving. Our room was small, but benefitted from a small terrace overlooking the old town. The staff were very helpful."

The attention to details generally for all the furnishings and interiors, design are exceptional. the staff were extremely helpful and professional. "This hotel was in the best location in old historic Noto! It was sooo great that in the evening, we stepped right out into an awesome parade walking through the historic centre! The staff were extremely nice and pleasant on arrival. They also helped us secure car parking before we even arrived. The room was such a beautiful boutique room, super clean and spacious. "Het appartement zelf is echt basic. Wij hadden nog een goed bed. De kinderen zegden te hebben geslapen op een rots (zetelbed). Het was wel vlakbij de stad. Kleine keuken, kleine badkamer. Zou het wel niet meer kiezen."

The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled. I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home."

"The room was lovely and the pool was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. Everything was perfect so we stayed 2 nights rather than the one that we had booked. Would highly recommend."

"This property backs onto a busy access road and is incredibly noisy. Better windows might have helped but I doubt it. The beds are like the name - a garden of stone. We had to put blankets down under the bed sheet, it was that hard. There are no amenities and shouldn't be called a B&B as there was no breakfast. It is inexpensive, fairly clean and the owners are friendly, so this old school place might work if you value budget over comfort."
