"This hotel is very beautifully designed with great service, however our experience is that the focus is on form over function. Windows and insulation seem very limited, we heard very loud noise on the street all night long. "

"It’s a stone building beautifully restored and decorated! The owners, a young couple, Antonio and Loredana are very nice and accommodating. Maria, the housekeeper is adorable and does a great job! The room is cleaned every day! We will definitely come back and have already recommended Residenzia Ortensia to family and friends."
