I booked a private room but saw that they offer dormitory style shared rooms as well as rooms for families. Staff was friendly and spoke english if needed. "Great Service!! Best location!!!"

"Great location near Taipei Station and University Hospital metro station. Walking distance to Ximending walking street for street food and shopping. No breakfast but 24 hour coffee snacks ramen and ice cream. Family Mart right next door. Laundry facilities are free on 9th floor and flawless. In room neck massager a nice touch!"

"This hotel is located at a premium location with access to many points of interest. Its charge is reasonable. I most likely will book my stay there next time I visit Taipei."

"The 24-hour snack and laundry services impressed me and made my stay in Taiwan more convenient. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions. The room was small but served its purpose. ^^"
