"This is a very convenient hotel located in the heart of the city with direct access to the BTS and the huge terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk outside and there are a plethora of eateries, bars and some good Thai massage places also just 2 mins away. I had an early AM flight so was unable to check in until 2pm but the waiting lounge area is very nice, quiet and relaxing with complimentary drinks - coffees, iced lemon tea etc. You can also charge devices here and there is even a working space. I was fortunate to receive the upgrade room which was absolutely fantastic. An amazing panoramic view of the city, lovely comfortable bed, work desk, sofa. Overall a lovely stay, thank you. The complimentary drinks in the fridge was a bit disappointing (just a coke, OJ and juice, no alcohol) but that was the only very minimal negative point. I will stay here again for sure. "

"We stayed 2 nights with our 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son. It was our first experience with an Kempinski Hotel and it was excellent. It is a well maintained Hotel; and I’m picky. Spacious, immaculately clean guest rooms with well thought layouts and design. Friendly and competent service without pretense. Thai food via room service was less than stellar, out right horrible actually but the food ordered through the Deli and delivered to our room was excellent. Nutritious, super clean and healthy. Just a great Hotel and we will likely return. "
