"Most comfortable huge bed and room! Bath and gym area are very well designed and offer many amenities. Nice areas to read stocked with very interesting books. Hotel is not close to the main tourist area, it is next to the convention center. This may be not perfect for tourists that want to be closer to the popular areas. To me the bed and quiet were better than the crowds..."

Called 5 min after noticing error and requested to cancel or adjust to the preferred one. Only to be told I have to pay ¥9,537 for cancellation. Poor listening and customer service. Nonetheless the rest was ok. "
