"Beautiful harbor view, friendly and knowledgeable staff"

"The good: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy though the bedding was super thin and threadbare. The bad: the room was not clean. There was hair, dried soap drips and a ring in the bathtub, the tv screen was smeared with some kind of grease and the floors were gritty. The ugly: the mattress slid off the frame when we put my small suitcase on it, requiring us to pull the bed away from the wall to put it all back together. The wall behibd/under the headboard was DISGUSTING. There was a long hole in the wall where there should have been baseboard, and the stuff in that hole was the stuff nightmares are made of. 😳 "

"They were exceptionally vlean and the staff can be forgiving if you are not out immediately but they still will encourage and have you leave if you stay to long great customer service "

"Hotel is new and the location is good. Room is clean and well appointed. However, the AC is very loud. Im not a light sleeper, but still woke up 3 times overnight."

"Great location, staff is friendly. Washroom bar was a bit heavy and I had to hold it for 5-10 secs to flush completely every time. I stayed 202. The property manager is worth to take a look at it."

"I can smell like curry when I entered into the lobby, the worst thing is that the same curry smell was in my room too, and it lasted whole night, couldn’t sleep well, will not stay in this motel again in the future "
