"Sehr schönes Zimmer in einem schönen Haveli.
Sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück ist gut und in einem schönen Ambiente.
Lediglich der Wäscheservice war nicht zu empfehlen, die Wäsche war noch feucht und mit Flecken zurück gekommen und roch nicht sauber."

"The hotel smelled stale when I arrived. (This resolved in a few hours or I got used to the smell). One of the front desk people smelled like he had not showered in days. The elevators were small, cramped and very old. My one compliment is that the pool looked nice and the lobby was lovely.
The servers at the restaurant were not attentive. They just chatted with each other. If I wanted a drink, I had to physically get up out of my chair to get them to come over. I thought maybe it was an...

"I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days.
The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell...

"STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. TOILET FLUSH works only after around 15 mins after a flush. I saw multiple people complaining about their rooms at the...
