"clean room staff frendly"

"The hotel is basic, but clean and good for one night. Air conditioning was functioning perfectly. Breakfast needs at least 1 gluten free option and the staff need training on gluten free requirements. The main issue with our stay was the swimming pool. Nowhere on the listing did it say the pool is open to the public. This meant the pool was extremely busy and it was impossible to find a sun lounger or even a space to sit."

"We had a room overlooking the beach which included a small balcony. I suspect that the views from the other rooms along the sides of the hotel were not quite so good. Beach access was easy - just cross the road and you're there. Mainly pebbles & coarse grit, with a few sandy patches. No problem renting a sunbed - plentiful supply. Several restaurants along the seafront, some good, some expensive. The evening buffet in the hotel was very high quality, plenty of choice, and even less expensive...

"Great location and good room but stay let down by poor service from the bar and restaurant. We were the only ones on the bar terrace but there was no service for 15 minutes. To the left of reception is a 2 metre high banner advertising the restaurant and, specifically, the menu del dia which is reinforced by highlighting the availability of the menu del dua in the information folder in the room - the menu del dia was never available throughout our entire stay and no one was able to explain why...

"Our family of 4 (with children aged 17 and 14) really enjoyed our five nights at Finca los Llanos. The setting is great, on the edge of town, so easy to get into Capileira, which is really pretty and has lots of nice places to eat. We loved being up in the mountains with great views all around. It is also the perfect base to take the national park bus up to hike to the summit of Mulhacen, which was one of the highlights of our stay. "It's great for families wanting to stay at hotel/pool all day. Food very bland and repetitive. Room spacious with comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi very poor or non existent. Very hilly. Car parking very tight spaces."

"Me gustó la piscina,la ubicación,las vistas. No me gustó: las instalaciónes descuidadas, falta el agua de cortesía en la habitación,si quieres alguna bebida tienen horarios sin servicio,cobrar el parking es de muy poco detalle 5* LUJO. AMENITIES ni uno nada ( cepillo,gorra ,etc)"
