I felt like a princess. The room was very large compared to most rooms I stay in. It's nice to have coffee in the room and room service available. I enjoyed Lub's Pub. The hotel was walkable to area attractions. There are plenty of dining options close and even a good grocery store right around the corner. Highly recommend

The hotel is located in the center of the city, near the most beautiful places you would like to visit. Excellent customer service, very friendly personnel at the front desk, delicious food for breakfast and excellent service at the buffet! The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location for almost everything, there are a ton of food and coffee options nearby. The room was huge, very comfortable. The bathroom was also big and very new. The breakfasts were very well done, great spread of food options.

Good hotel in a great location in the center of Chisinau. The style of the hotel is classic, the breakfast is good, the gym is basic. The rooms are very spacious, bright and clean. We had booked 2 rooms but the first night due to a mix-up on their part only one was available. The next day they gave us the second room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

During our stay, we were very disappointed to discover an extremely unhygienic item—a used condom—under the bed. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and thoroughness of the room’s preparation. I urge management to review their housekeeping protocols to ensure this doesn’t happen to other guests

The staff is helpful, friendly, and flexible. They did an excellent job of providing for, and accommodating to, the needs of a group of traveling medical speakers. It is downtown in a large city, so there is a certain amount of traffic noise, but much less than in a US city.

Best was the location. Everything is within walking distance. The Breakfast was very good. It was like a brunch. You don´t need lunch at all. Also the room was perfect, bed wide enough and the shower gave wonderfully hot water. But, big, big minus, The soundproofing is pitifully bad, even a normal conversation could be heard from the neighboring room, and in the morning I woke up to the ringing of the bell in the next room.

I confirmed a shuttle service with the hotel. The shuttle service never came to pick me up to the airport. I waited for 35 minutes trying to get hold of the hotel without success. When I arrived to the hotel, no explanation was given and they denied the shuttle serviced as it was never arranged. Next day in the morning, they actually checked my reservation, everything was in place but they did not know why did not come to the airport. No further explanation given. No apologies no compensation. Bad service

It is a very decent hotel, with a pleasant interior, very conveniently located in the heart of Chisinau, which I really appreciated. And breakfast was great, too. The only thing I found lacking was the mattress. It was really hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, everyone and everything were great.
