Good Hotel

Nice hotel in a quiet street but close to the main street in the city. The hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Wifi reception was good. Reception was available 24 hours, so no issue to arrive in the middle of night. Downside was a little bit far from city centre and the shops. Also was the wall not very soundproof. Could easily hear the noise from next door.

I returned to this hotel for a second time after two days. The receptionist still recognised me and assigned the same room that I stayed in my first stay. The room was still spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Wifi reception was good. Downside was a little bit far from city centre and the shops. Also was the wall not very soundproof. Could easily hear the noise from next door.

The hotel is located at a distance of around 1.5 km from the city center. The reception is open 24 hours. The free WiFi connection is fast. The heating system in the room works well. The bed is quite small. There is tea maker in the room. The breakfast is good.

Nice place with good rooms and bed. Cleaning was fine, too. Breakfast, however, was rather dull with the least tasteful produce they could find - except for the great coffee. Staff should smile more. They are helpful but seem not pleased to be there. Not a bad place.

INCONFORT DU AU DISFONCTIONNEMENT DES TOILETTES

Mon séjour n'était pas convenable. J'avais des problèmes avec la chasse d'eau. C'est très désagréable lorsque la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne. J'ai signalé le désagrément à plusieurs reprises à la réception, l'hôtesse me disait tout le temps qu'elle allait le signaler en vain. L'une des femmes de chambre manipulait le flotteur de temps en temps. Une hôtesse m'a proposé de changer de chambre la veille de mon départ. J'étais constipée durant tout mon séjour suite à ce gros problème.

Très bien sauf l’insonorisation

Excellent hôtel proche du centre. Seuls regrets : l’absence d’insonorisation ( on entend TOUT ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine) et l’absence de volets / rideaux occultants.
