"The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a bonus, however, I would like to see increase hours of availability on the weekends. The only negative comment I have was the quality of the mattress in room 234. It was well worn, resulting in a terrible sleep. The mattresses should be inspected regularly to avoid situations like this from happening ."

"For someone looking for a quick place to stay, this is satisfactory and will serve the purpose. This is not the Ritz Carlton so don’t expect a 5 star stay. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. "Older hotel but well maintained and room is updated. Didn’t have a great check in, staff were distracted managing multiple tasks and what could have been 5 minute check in was very drawn out. Room was clean and modern update. No elevator to access second floor so if needed maybe reconsider. Overall decent stay however very dissatisfied with breakfast service. We’ve stayed here a few times and this was the first time that the rooms weren’t as clean as they should have been. The pool and hot tub were nice however it was very hot and stuffy so it did make it kind of hard to breathe The restaurant on site was AMAZING as usual! "The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so there were some mattresses in the hallway. However, this did not affect our experience. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We especially appreciated the hot breakfast, which was perfect for our family traveling with young children."
