Convenient for access by boat, less so for other public transport. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, best location in Chioggia. Limited menu for full meals but many restaurants locally (you must like seafood in Chioggia).

Pros: Great for one night as in passing Night staff is rude, limited in helping out but day time staff is very good Nice rooms but coffee machine not working and took them 90 mins to replace it. Cons: Parking is 28 euros, it is narrow and a box they ask you to park in. You walk 10 mins to it, they will give you a ride if you do it 9-6 pm. It is next to 6 Euro parking lot where you can park overnight. We confronted them on it.

A spot of sunshine in the rain

We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets!

Lovely hotel and accommodations. Very modern rooms in old traditional settings. I was on the 2nd floor and near staff offices. The noise in the morning was disturbing. Little sound proofing in the rooms. I also tried to cancel 2.5 weeks prior and was denied by the hotel even though I took out insurance. The insurance never responded so despite the rest of my party not making it, I stayed. I won’t book again through Expedia with cancellation insurance. Waste of money. Overall a nice experience and lovely hotel accommodations.

This waterfront hotel is absolutely lovely. We stayed in the lagoon suite - which was well-appointed, spacious, and offered an amazing, picturesque view of the water and many boats. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding. We even got to experience market day just by coincidence, which was a lot of fun.
