"This is a good solid little hotel in Downtown San Jose. The room is quite acceptable although the heat was necessary but we couldn't get it to come on. The window in the bathroom sitting in the frame is a jar with the outdoor light visible through the gap. Yes it's a bit noisy due to convenient location, but we were able to get a nice dinner and hot complimentary breakfasts in their cute little restaurant by the pool, visit their puppy and free shuttle to the airport. The room had a fan that did a good job for the road/ plane noise and the price was excellent! Just what we needed!"
