"We were assigned a room in area with mold . I got sick my vacation travel was a disaster. The hotel manager never talk to us regarding this situation."

"The room and hotel itself were fine; the issue was that most of the staff did not speak English, so getting assistance was almost impossible. As someone who works in the service industry, being able to communicate with your client is paramount and you'd think that most of the staff would be bilingual. So overall it made the experience frustrating."

"The hotels location was a plus as it is located in a very good safe neighborhood with restaurants, parks, stores. Etc. In general the property is OK but requires maintenance especially in the carpets between the rooms that are full of stains. The main entrance to the building looks unfinished and very slippery When it rains. We had to request room cleaning as they didn't provide all bathroom supplies everyday. The breakfast in general is OK but could be better if it had varied Colombian options. The worst part was lack of attention as used plates piled up on the tables. Sometimes restaurant staff wasn't available especially to assist seniors in need."
