"Wanted to change nights to 3 September and unable to get the money back even though we gave a month’s notice. On that event, we will not be recommending these people again."

"Ideal stay.. clean rooms.. lovely polite staff..wonderful breakfast..hotel located close to coastal walks which was what we were looking for.."

"We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay."

"A lovely gem in the country. Great for walker. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and it was sorted - no fuss. The food was excellent and great selection for breakfast. Well worth a visit. 👍"

"Staff were lovely"

"Absolutely wonderful stay for a short stay. The only fault were the pillows…felt like sleeping on a cement bag but that’s a personal preference ."

"We love this place and the location. Highly recommend for a quiet re-charging yourself."

"Excellent facilities. Very spacious. Very helpful and personable owners."

Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available."

The location is excellent, next to the bus and train stations and the historic dockyard and with lots of places to eat within a couple of minutes walk. The staff are very helpful. My room was large, the blackout blind was quite effective and the bathroom suite looked quite new. The shower was decent and the heating...

"Staff Heather was lovely. Thanks"
