This property is conveniently located in downtown and deserves the three stars in terms of amenities. Their biggest issue is quality and reliable service. The staff are either not well trained or just don't have the service attitude. The lady at the front desk during check-in had us standing in front of her for a long time, while she repeatedly tried to check us in. All it takes is to let the customer know what is happening and apologize for any inconvenience. The director of engineering finally walked in and completed the transaction.
The instructions provided for parking QR code for in and out privileges were incorrect and I found myself stuck behind the toll gate for long times, calling parking assistance. Finally, they told me that there are no in and out previeges for this booking. All they needed to do was provide correct information and I asked them twice.
The bed was uncomfortable and the elevator close to our room squeaked. Even though we were on the 10th floor, on Fri late night it was so noisy that we had a hard time sleeping.
On the positive, the restaurant is decent and the food was good. Though the server and restaurant manager also had no service etiquette.
I have stayed here before and gave it a chance because of my Bonvoy status/convenient location. Now my wife had told me, she is not coming back to this location.
