"Another really nice stay a really nice APA hotel. If the bathroom weren't so cramped and I'd gotten a 2nd proper pillow, I might have given the place 5 stars. Alas, 'twas not to be. **Positives: *Pretty darn close to Chiba Station, which is a surprisingly compact (and easy to navigate) station. *Ample nearby combini. * Bed was pretty comfortable. *Didn't have to pass by the front desk every time I came and left, which I'm learning to appreciate the value in.

"This hotel was nice, I had no issues. Chiba is also nice to explore. Not entirely next to Tokyo, but the ride or walk wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed my hotel stay. The breakfast was good for me. There's this soup that is so good omg. I wish I had the recipe lol."

"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store. We will be staying here again if going to...
