The room was a little older than I expected, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. The staff was able to help me store bags before and after check-in. The location is really convenient for a Chiayi trip.

Location is great since it’s close to the train station. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s city center so while there’s a window, there’s no view from my 2nd floor room. Room is clean with water and tea provided. For the price and location I’d stay there again.

Stay for one night before heading to Alishan. The stay is pleasant and comfortable. I stay on level 5 beside the lift and is really quiet. Staff are nice and location is very close to the bus stop in front of Chiayi TRA I’m taking to Alishan. I managed to deposit my luggage here while I take a carry on to Alishan.

The hotel was in a great location. Closed to the train station. 5 min walk to the property. Plenty of food and restaurants surrounding. The staff was unfriendly, stayed for 4 nights, and only got a greeting once and asked questions and impatiently brushed off. The room was smelly like old carpet and mold. Bathroom was wet upon arrival (6 pm).
