The best value in all aspects

It has wonderful choice outside grounds to relax. Koi fish are very relaxing. Short walk to whatever you want to purchase. Large shopping centre less than $4 for taxi ride.

年末年始、英語は全然ダメな、男一人旅で、5泊利用しました。 従業員は、皆さん感じよく、ストレスなく過ごせました。 立地的には、賑やかなところから、ちょっと離れているかな...でも、歩いて行ける距離です。 あえて、悪いところを言えば、近くの部屋の音が気になるくらい。 料金考えれば、コスパいいと思います。

Rating this hotel is not easy. On one hand, the staff couldn't be any nicer or more helpful. But this hotel has severe technical difficulties. For one, the shower never got hot enough for me to be enjoyable. Given that many travelers will have exhausting days in Chiang Mai, I would think this will be an issue for many. What's worse is the internet connection in some of the rooms. Be prepared for the WiFi connection to drop more than a dozen times a day. Re-setting the router fixes things but you have to tell the staff twice a day to do it. It could very easily be fixed with a new router and repeater, but apparently that's a $40 investment they're not willing to make

Very friendly staff, quaint location, close to the south gate and street food, but far enough away from the traffic noise. Staff helped us rearrange some last minute transport pick up. Would definitely come back again.

You can ask no more when you just pay a relative low price for accommodation. Everythings is good and basic, you can find the thing you need, best for backpackers. Clean, quiet and convenient location; friendly and helpful staff are all around. Tips for travelers: hotel locates at the southern part of the old city, if you join local day tour, you would be pick up first, means you need to get up earlier. Suggestions for hotel improvements: could consideration provision of small towels, toiletries and hair dryers in the rooms. I like the bath gel though. The English signage in the bathroom are not grammatically correct, please note.
