My stay at At Pingnakorn Huaykaew hotel was pleasant. The staff was very helpful, especially at arranging taxi service since the hotel is somewhat isolated. The pool area was beautiful, but the water was a little too cold for comfort. Breakfast was decent, but mostly Asian food. The only downside was the hotel’s proximity to the airport; every 20-30 minutes you could hear an aircraft. The interior decorations were very colorful and interesting. B+

We loved the “boutique “ looking hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good but Ooe recommendation is for them to keep breakfast options actually hot or warm. After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm.

근사해요

앳 핑나콘호텔이 3개가 있어서 잘 확인하고 가셔야해요. 저희는 잘못 찾아갔는데 호텔 벤으로 태워주셨어요.. 감사합니다.. 조식이 정말 맛있어요 커피를 시키면 멋진 라떼아트를 해주세요. 화장실에 따뜻한 물이 정말정말 잘나왔어요 근데 숙소가 전체적으로 음기가 강한 느낌이 들어요 화장실도 조금 난해한 인테리어로 애들이 혼자 쓰면 좀 무서워할 것 같은 느낌? 하지만 정말 좋았습니다. 산 앞에 있는데 방충망이 없어서 벌레가 잘 들어올 것 같아요. 저희가 이용할 때 보지는 못했어요. 수영장이 있는데 추워서 들어가지는 못했어요 겉보기로는 근사합니다. 그런데 번화가 주변이 아니라서 위치가 좋은 것 같지는 않아요. 집 근처에 편의점이나 식당이 많은 곳을 원한다면 비추입니다.

Petit palais thaïlandais à amélioré !

Hotel assez bruyant. Pas d'isolation. Réveillez tôt le matin. On entend les gens (ou le personnel) qui parlent comme si ils étaient dans la chambre. Avions qui passent au dessus mais heureusement vers 22h30 23h c'est fini. La piscine n'est pas chauffée, elle sert juste de déco. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais il n'y a que du salé. Faut avoir envie de manger des plats thaïlandais des le matin et tout est froid. On se serait contenté d'un peu de pain ou biscottes... Dommage car le cadre est très chaleureux.Un petit palais thaïlandais. La literie est correcte et les chambres très spacieuses.

I LOVED the decor. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Several times I needed translation regarding items I wanted to buy and they were happy to write it down for me so the people at the markets could understand me. They also suggested how much I could offer the red shuttle drivers to get to where I needed to go. The food was DELICIOUS!!

Hotel is very nice, the room was beautiful and cleaned. Breakfast it's just Asian. The service is not a four-star level, but was okay. Water of the pool was cold. I recommend :-)

Attractively designed and convenient location

Interior is attractive - every room is decorated differently, most of them look cosy and attractive (the style probably appeals mostly to ladies). Rooms on higher floors facing the forests are more tranquil. Rooms with balconies are located on alternate floors. Some Karaoke noise from a large restaurant nearby (in the direction of Furama hotel) at night so try to request for higher floors and further away from the restaurant if possible. Breakfast is fresh and tasty - focus heavily on Asian/Thai cuisine; less options for Western style breakfast. Breakfast can be taken either indoor (no air-conditioning; high ceiling and large windows in dining room helps to keep temperature down) or outdoor (tables around the pool) - generally, a very calm and relaxing environment. Breakfast hours (7.30 to 10.30 am) aren't too busy. Staff's service is good overall. Price range of room is fair. Location is in between Nimmanhaemin Road (about 12 minutes' walk) and old city (about 20 minutes' walk). Free car transport to the airport if you stay for 3 nights or more. Most of its clientele is Asian, with a handful of westerners. An enjoyable stay for me and highly recommended.
