The staff were very very kind and comfortable.
They pretty my children.
The rooms were very clean and tasteful with a minimal entertainment.
I want to stay again. and, Fruit of breakfast was also good!
Accueil avec le sourire. Hôtel au calme, un peu éloigné du centre, qui reste accessible à pied. Hôtel très bien entretenu, propre et surtout très bien agencé, le lieu est beau !
We loved our stay here. The host (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) was fantastic, he helped us out in more ways than one and was very welcoming. He sorted us out scooters (highly recommend - only £5 per day) which easily sorts out the location issue. Yes, it may be a little bit out but it only costs 200 baht from the train station which is like just over £4. Its a very nice area and is away from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai city centre. Very accessible to Hua Tang Lake which is only a 20 minute scooter ride away. The room was really stylish and comfy and the wifi was super quick something quite rare in Thailand. If we come back we for sure will be staying here again - thank you very much :)
While not easy to find at first, I really liked the quiet location of this hotel/guest house. The staff was very friendly and tried to help on every occasion to make my stay more comfortable. I was also making heavy use of the free bicycle to get to restaurants, the mall, and to explore the city. The hotel has a nice communal seating area with the kitchen and a large fridge. The rooms are spacious, very clean and have large windows to the backside coi pond. I loved that on the day of my check out I could stay until 5pm to hide from the heat of the day before heading directly to the airport.
Room are big, comfy and beautiful. The hotel is not in a central area. The aircon in the room was realy slow. But overall it's a good value for the money.
A little hard for cab drivers to find, so get map of location on your phone before you arrive. Nice little property in quiet lane. Nice idea with the open kitchen, but non of it was explained at check in, so had no idea how any of it worked.
We loved this hotel! Its décor is stylish and contemporary, with a feel of luxury, a totally pleasant surprise for the price, my friend and I commented that we wanted it to be our own apartment! They advertise it as 'simple' but that is not how I would describe it, the bathroom is lush and the shampoo and soaps lovely to use and in very cute ceramic bottles, its the little details of this hotel that make it. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and it has a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere. The Kitchen is open plan and guests are free to buy food and cook themselves if they wish, breakfast can be included at additional cost and it has a great coffee machine. Although it isn't in the central old city, as the other reviews say, it is very easy to get to, and we even liked it for its location. We hired bicycles from the hotel and would recommend other guests to do the same, very easy way to get to Chiangmai old city and so much fun. They can also arrange scooters too. The hotel organised a taxi for us to head into Mae Sa Valley for the day at a very good price, and even sold us flip flops because they were so comfortable. At the end of our stay we did get a bit of a shock as we hadn't been told that we would be charged for our (numerous!) morning coffees, but they kindly knocked it of our bill when we mentioned this to them, excellent customer service until the very end.
Please stay here if you are visiting Chiangmai, you won't be disappointed.
Lovely design, lovely room, super-relaxed atmosphere, friendly hosts. My only concern was that there was rarely anyone at reception. I had the feeling that the hosts had "day jobs" and the hotel was a bit of a side activity. Even so, any and every request I made was seen to as soon as possible. I am recommending this hotel to all my friends. It's a great location too- hard to find and yet once you know your way around you can quickly get to the main road, Central shopping mall, and a variety of transport around town options. Close to Nimmanhaemin Street Designer Boutiques - especially Ginger! You can make your own breakfast or eat at several local food stalls, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. The best is that it's also away from the congestion of tons of hotels near Thapae or the moat.
