La ubicación del hotel es excelente, lo unico que estuvo mal es que, el elevador estaba descompuesto y se me habia asignado una habitación en el 3er. piso, la otra posible habitación en el 2o. piso, no estaba lista y tuve que esperar cerca de 2 horas para que me la entregaran, por lo demás, muy bien, el dueño y personal son muy amables

Agradable estancia.
En general la estancia fue agradable, pero si hubieron unos detalles no tan agradables, como el control de la television que nos dieron a la llegada era uno generico y no controlaba la pantalla, y otro punto que limiten o no tengan la cortesia de dejarte un papel higienico adicional, ya que unicamente dejaban 1, sin importar si ya estuviera empezado.

I've never enjoyed such soft and comfortable beds at a hotel in Chetumal before. The staff tried their best to understand me as me or my friends could not speak Spanish. The attendant was attentive and help us get to our rooms with ease.

Este hotel siempre es una experiencia agradable en Chetumal, el check in es rápido, las habitaciones cómodas y acogedoras, el aire acondicionado y agua caliente funcionan perfecto, el desayuno incluido es sencillo pero rico y llenador. Cuenta con amplio estacionamiento, y el hotel en general es bonito y recuerda las buenas épocas de Chetumal como capital del estado.

Hotel bien solo arreglen su internet
El hotel en general bien, solo que tuve problemas con el internet y siendo un viaje de trabajo era vital que funcionara al cien, lo reporté desde las 7 am y a las 12 del día que regresé de trabajar seguian con el mismo problema, me mandaron a la terraza del restaurante a trabajar pero no me es funcional, de eso en fuera todo bien

Great valve for the cost
Great hotel great service. Nice stylishrooms comfortable bed. Like this place. We stay here every time we’re in chetumal
