"Rather run down establishment. My pre-booked business suit was surprisingly suddenly not available and I was downgraded to a standard room with no offer to refund the difference in price. Best available was a “drinks credit” which is from a business standpoint simply unacceptable. The bar staff could not mix a Margarita to save their lives. Not impressed. Please avoid. "

When we came back to town recently to visit family, I was excited for my kids to stay there. Unfortunately, what we found was tired and in dire need of a refresh. I went to iron a shirt - the iron splattered red gunk (from the previous tenant no doubt) across my shirt. I went to call reception to ask for a new iron - the phone didn't work... I had a shower - the water ran cold after about a minute... Hopeless. And, as a local, embarrassing Oh, and I have to buy a new shirt now too. "
