"The hotel is great. The staff were amazing and so helpful especially Carter who helped us communicate and organize our day with the non english speaking driver we hired for the day. His help was so appreciated and because of him we had a fun sightseeing day. I will recommend this hotel to fellow travelers."

"The hotel is very new and in a great location. The room is very spacious and and mattress and pillow are very comfortable. I really enjoy staying in this hotel. The breakfast was good, but not as much selection compared to other similar rating hotel and also is a bit inconvenience due to you need to come to the check-in floor first and then go to a different elevator to the room"

"If I visit Chengdu again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the upstairs laundry facilities were really useful. The breakfast was good, the room was spotless, and I loved the decor. The staff were very attentive, and I had no issues during my stay. The location is good, although the street outside could be cleaner."

Had its own area for bathroom and shower and a spacious area for the bedroom and tub. The amenities were also a nice detail. The staff of the hotel were very professional and very polished....

"Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Checking in was smooth and the lobby was beautiful. We requested a non-smoking room, which we got, and they also provided the buckwheat pillows as previously requested. We also received a surprising complimentary welcome snacks, with herbal dessert later on the first day. The room we got was beautiful with every traveller’s needs like toothbrushes and actual fabric towels. Plenty of electrical outlets for different electronic and also AC...
