"What a wonderful place, very beautiful and relaxing. Accommodation absolutely top notch, staff even better. Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. "This was undoubtedly the best place we've stayed in Kerala. A quaint 17th century colonial house converted into a boutique hotel and very well maintained. Spacious bedroom with all the amenities. Check in and check out was very smooth thanks to the ladies Nimisha and Shabana. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely secluded swimming pool. One can have breakfast next to it. Excellent breakfast choices. Fresh to order various egg options and dosas. A nice location at the edge of Fort Kochi, away from the crowds, near the water. Still very walkable to restaurants, shopping and other local attractions. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return one day!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luxury stay with an excellent family-friendly breakfast We had a wonderful vacation stay at Novotel Kochi Infopark. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making it perfect for families. The property feels premium, calm, and well maintained. The morning buffet breakfast was a highlight — a lavish spread with fresh South Indian favorites, live dosa and egg counters, continental options, fresh fruits, pastries, and great coffee. Everything was high quality, hygienic, and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and very helpful, especially with children. The dining area was spacious and relaxed, making breakfast enjoyable even during peak hours. Overall, a refined luxury experience with warm hospitality and great food. Highly recommended for families and vacation stays."
