"Hotel,room,grounds & swimming pool area was very well maintained & spotlessly clean....we loved the pathway around the grounds for walking our dog & was so surprised to have so many dog litter bins provided also an outside dog bath/shower amazing .....The staff was lovely everywhere in the hotel ....a great buffet breakfast & during our stay popped in to lounge area where you had a free drinks machine which we had excellent hot chocolate from after our dog walk....hotel is set within a lovely...

"Breakfast needs more choice especially the fruit, the pears were hard as rock, no bananas, no fruit salad. No beans for ages, they need to keep an eye on the hotplates. Invest in a coffee machine so there's a variety. Maybe also a bell at the downstairs bar. "

"I arrived a day early by accident 😬 but the staff were amazing and changed my day for me which i was truly grateful for. The room was spotless with a heater, fan, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc... I had a lovely evening swim in the heated pool. I didn't eat there as i was with my 13 year old daughter so we went to the nearby shopping center for food and a mooch around but the food at the hotel smelt so nice and it looked good with a nice bar and lounge area. "We had a clean sufficient amount of water flowing through the shower. The room was spotless and bedding was clean . Towels were fresh. We liked theTudor‘s architecture with buildings. The only thing that we were not satisfied with spa. You could improve for better quality of like hot water in the pool and jacuzzi. Than you for the stuff politeness’s "
