"We got to the chateau late in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeremy was very amicable and helped us with our luggage and explanation on how to enter the chateau. Emmanuelle gave us some very good restaurant suggestions near by to the chateau. It was such a great and unique experience spending the night at the chateau. We were given the Master room with the adjoining room for our son to sleep in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great! We got to walk the grounds for an evening stroll....

"What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay."

"Great service from the front desk staff. They went out of their way to ensure guests had a full experience in Saint Emilion. Lovely old building in the middle of the old town. "

"Beautiful chateaux - and excellent location in terms of proximity to Saint Emilion. Rooms were great and staff were extremely helpful. Big call out to Veren in the restaurant and wine bar - very attentive, funny and a great ambassador. One suggestion would be for the hotel to run a shuttle bus to Bordeaux a couple of time a day - either free or for a charge - Uber was about €120 into the city albeit much cheaper coming back - would be a nice touch if the hotel wanted to consider it. "My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!"
