"Group of us stayed at the hotel after we had a work meeting on site. Excellent communication beforehand and it was an easy day all round with arrangements. Rooms were all good, modern and clean and dinner in the restaurant was enjoyed by all that night. We will be using it again for future team get togethers."

"Another lovely stay at No10 - it’s been ridiculously hot and the fans provided in the room were very welcome. The WiFi did not appear to be working throughput our stay and given the weak mobile signal this was quite disappointing- tried ed to reach out via Expedia but did not receive a response A nice central place to stay"

"Our 1 night stay was fine ...a very warm night and the hotel had a sepperate electric fan in the room... the a/c was not working at all so this fan was a life saver ! The breakfast was lovely and we used the pool which was also enjoyable but small things like plastic bags to take your wet swim costumes is a simple addition .. overall a nice stay in a hotel that needs an upgrade 😌"

"It was a nice enough hotel but I didn’t like the fact that you were charged for everything. The rooms were clean but fairly basically kitted out and for the luxury market they are aiming for they are slightly missing the beat. The service was ok but a little slow or not quite on the ball. Staff were friendly but temporarily lost an ice pack of mine, forgot my gluten free toast at breakfast and gave me a tiny tiny pot of tea that was half full for breakfast. The breakfast was ok but nowhere near as extensive as most hotels. The pool and thermal suite area were nice and also clean. We also ate at the pub on site, but was disappointed with the lack of gluten free options and the very very loud music playing that made it difficult to speak. We asked for a fan as the room was very hot and the windows were tiny and we did eventually get one."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel twice over the last year and on both occasions found it to be quiet, clean and left us satisfied. In our opinion they have better rooms than PI and TL with breakfast included in the price."

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Spa excellent. Room Service Pizza Superbly Tasty. Bathroom Extra Fan annoyingly stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light off which is annoying when you're try to get to sleep. Ice Machine still broken since last visit one month ago."
