Room was clean, i was disappointed with the size. Small desk and chair, overall not what i would expect from a 4 star Hotel. Travelled all of the day, long journey, arrived at 8:30 pm to be told the restaurant was closed at weekend, apparently i should have read on the website, I was informed. Asked where any restaurant's were and was told to drive towards Poitier, very helpful! Bar was closed where iwe returned at 10 :30 pm

Bon séjour ! L'accueil a été rapide et efficace. Le personnel accueillant et très aimable sur les demandes. Nous nous attendions peut-être à plus de classe dans les chambres pour un 4 étoiles... pas d'articles d'accueil dans la salle de bain... je ne sais toujours pas si les chambres sont attribuées en fonction du prix payé (reduction en ligne pour nous). Le minilum pour le café et le thé. Manquaient de petites finitions, dans les WC notamment, 1 micro-onde à minima malgré le restaurant. Ce dernier était cependant succulent ! A réserver avant même si vous pouvez compter sur la gentillesse du personnel pour rattrapper l'oubli (en cas de places disponibles). Salle de jeux dans le hall d'entrée. Parking suffisamment grand et gratuit. Merci pour votre gentillesse.

Séjour d’une nuit en famille pour visiter le Futuroscope juste à côté dans une chambre avec un lit double, deux lits à étage et un lit simple. Très pratique du coup pour nous pour la situation géographique et pour le Check in et le départ très faciles et possibles à une heure tardive. L’hôtel est agréable et propre même si notre chambre était un peu vieillissante. Traces d’usure dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Pas de frigidaire qui fonctionnait et une simple petite bouteille d’eau pour 4 personnes présente dans la chambre avec 4 gobelets en carton. Literie par contre confortable et pas de bruit dans l’hôtel lors de notre séjour. Personnel accueillant et très bon petit déjeuner varié et sain.Au final, bon rapport qualité prix mais on pourrait s’attendre à un peu mieux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Le classement de l'hôtellerie française n'est plus ce qu'il était.... Le service est vraiment minimum et le personnel va avec le service.... L'accueil pas du tout accueillant. Bref les lits sont bons et les chambres correct heureusement.

La chambre familiale est spacieuse, parfait avec 2 enfants. Cependant c'est très vieillot. La chambre que nous avions, sentait très fort le vomi ce qui n'a pas permis qu'on apprécie notre séjour.

Séjour pratique mais peut mieux faire!

Séjour agréable, à proximité du Futuroscope (10min à pieds). L'hôtel est sympa, propre, mais pas à la hauteur malheureusement d'un quatre étoiles.... Points positifs: - la déco des chambres (tableau circuit imprimé original) - proximité avec le parc - gel douche Nuxe rêve de miel dans la salle de bain - accueil sympathique - carrot cake délicieux au petit déjeuner - bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre Points négatifs: - petit déjeuner qui ne vaut pas 18,50 euros par personne (produits salés de mauvaise qualité, absence de fromages régionaux, viennoiseries surgelées bas de gamme, pas de jus d'orange frais....) - matelas et oreillers peu confortables - tous les produits du bar ne sont pas disponibles (impossible de commander une planche pour grignoter à 15h) - pas de produits en dehors du gel douche et du gel main (il manque une crème pour le corps, des cotons tiges ...) En somme, un séjour sympa mais qui ne vaut pas le prix payé. D'autres hôtels 4 étoiles proposent plus de services et de détails, c'est dommage!
