Staff was amazing. Was disappointed that we had to pay for parking which we hadn’t done the last 3 times we have went. Also upset that the build a bear wasn’t included in the wolf pass like it was in the past.

The staff was really great and we had a good time. The cleanliness of our room was not good. I would have expected the room to have clean floor which it did not ( my daughter wiped a small area with a sanitizing wipe and it was BLACK . huge gouges in the floor. The room smelled really bad like dog and alot of our plugs did not work. For the amount paid for the room, I would expect it to be clean and in working order. The staff were super helpful and friendly and we did have a great time.

We enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival front desk was very helpful and greeted everyone right away. There was no need to look for assistance as staff is standing facing the public aware and ready to assist. I would say this is a very family - friendly atmosphere. The pools and water activities was very nice. I was very pleased to see how attentive the life guards were very present. We felt safe. The room was large more than enough space. We did notice a small amounts of mold on bathroom ceiling that maybe should be treated before becoming uncontrollable however I will say that the room was clean and neat. We would stay again.

Decent trip. Kids had fun. Arcade was the best part. lazer tag was just ok. Bowling was eh. Food was great drinks are good but overpriced. Spent a total of about 2 grand or so. Probably won’t go back. Mattress and sheets had holes in them. Tv was old and limited channels. No ability to cast to the tv. Idk. It was ok but not a wow vacation.

Place was clean. I don’t like the fact that you pay 20.00 a day parking. Don’t like first floor. Food expenses. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I have nothing but great things to say about Great Wolf. Everything and everyone was great! We originally came for one night and ended up staying for three nights. If you decide after you get there that you want to extend your stay and they have availability, it’s only $129 per night. What an amazing deal and the little ones will absolutely think they are in wonderland!
