"The front desk staff and our waitress at the hotel restaurant (dinner) were friendly and helpful and patiently answered any questions that we had. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was a blanket, which we got from the front desk when we got cold during the night. I appreciated the magnified makeup mirror in the bathroom! "

However, one of the elevators was out on my last stay (3 nights) and the hotel was pretty full, so it took longer than usual to call the one working elevator. But a minor inconvenience overall."
