"The hotel is located just a few minute walk from Piccadilly Station which is also in a center of shopping area. You can also find good restaurants and bars near by the hotel. Hotel room and facilities is great, as well as service."

"The front desk was great. I upgraded my room and needed to move but they let me stay in my old room until the new room was ready. It was on the same floor and it was very convenient to move down the hall. The hotel was within walking distance to sites and restaurants. It was an awesome location. They also provided a small refrigerator in the room that was stocked with water, soda, wine, candy, chips, popcorn, and coffee. It was all complimentary which is amazing and doesn’t happen in the USA...
"The room was very small and compact but fine for one person - def not suitable for two. I can't fault the cleanliness of the room and hotel.
There were 3 hooks for hanging clothes but very close to door which wasnt great - maybe consider having a few more hooks for hanging clothes and damp towels.
Was right beside a busy pub and police station so felt pretty safe at nightime.
Would definitely consider staying here again. "
