"We stayed there 4 nights but there was never a time the house keeping came to clean our room or provided us any towels exchange or refilled any supplies. The pools were dirty and cold. We liked the ocean view from our balcony but the late night noises and stomps from the room upstairs were too loud that made it difficult for us to sleep."

"My credit card got stolen by housekeeping/room service. Rooms were dirty and covered in pet fur. I wore new socks and within minutes they were completely ruined by the floors. The WiFi wasn’t given to us/poor internet service. Housekeeping took forever to restock our room with towels and/or toilet paper when we called down to the front lobby. The lazy river had a green tint and there was bird droppings in the main pool. I’m never returning to this facility again."

"Well supplied linen and towels, but bring your own kitchen supplies, staff are respectful and helpful, our room was quite yet next to elevator, laundry and ice. Nice unit but dated furniture could use new ones , ample parking, nice waterfront, no restaurant in the premises, serves coffee in the morning. No breakfast. Very close to amusement park, great location for family with younger kids, 6 minutes to Walmart"

"The room did not look the same as the one I booked, it was dirty, Hazzard concerns for families with kids, the open air hallways could blow a kid away of how strong the wind was. The odor was so bad and unit was so dirty, we ended up not staying there."

"Room 506-poorly stocked- had to request a frying pan and garbage can. Room had very little to use for cooking meals for our family. Carpet is really worn and old. Couch and arm chairs were recently updated but all other furniture was old and battered. Beds were comfortable and clean. We would not stay here again. "

"We could hear and see the ocean. The property was broken oked the weekend we were there the pool and hot tub was Everytime we went down. Hit in the hot tub once and it was very nice."
