"Le service, comme à l’habitude dans les CitizenM, dépasse les attentes en tout point. Dommage que les pillow dolls aient été retirées, c’était certainement ce qui m’a fait choisir cet hôtel à la base, sa touche de magie et le fait que l’on pouvait ramener un élément de décor ou produit de toilette avec nous."

"I had an international connection at CDG Airport that required me to stay in a hotel overnight, but didn't give me enough time to venture into the city. Having looked at several properties near the airport, I booked The Jangle Hotel because it seemed like an affordable high-quality hotel located within a 15-minute free shuttle ride. My stay confirmed all of these advantages and more. Most importantly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and hotel staff were very friendly. The complimentary hot breakfast included a buffet with a broad array of choices, putting it significantly above what one would typically get at good 2.5-3-star hotel chain in North America. I also used the hotel gym, and was pleasantly surprised to see the back yard, including flower beds, trees, picnic tables and a table-tennis table. I was not there with children, but there are some family friendly amenities even in the lobby - which didn't inconvenience me in any way. The one item that annoyed me a little was the room TV system. The screen is huge, which is great, but there seemed to be a tiny selection of live channels and Netflix required me to log in under my own account, which I didn't want to do. I also had trouble casting the screen of my laptop onto the TV. All in all, it was a very enjoyable overnight stay and I would definitely come back again."

"Hotel in airport made early flight less stressful since could walk to gate. Room spacious but touchy shower hard to not be too hot. Carpet was gritty but room was clean otherwise. The restaurant was a different matter. Service was terrible, slow and inattentive. Have a captive clientele and their indifference showed from start to finish. Two hours to have dinner with 40 minutes before any food brought to the table. Had escargot appetizer which was awful in presentation and quality. Have been to Sheraton in Frankfort which was great experience. The Paris location could learn a lot from it."

"A basic hotel room , which was clean . Minimal furnishings. Mattress was ok . Convenient for airport access with proximity to airport internal train . Soap containers in room had not been refilled . Very good breakfast ."

"The staff at the Mercure Hotel are wonderful -- courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are "compact" and altho' clean and well-organized, they feel confining. That said, the A/C is wonderful! Food at the restaurant is quite good, altho' the wine selection could use an upgrade."

"Clean, good beds, good breakfast, small room. Not a glamorous part of town but metro was a 6’ walk, and price more reasonable than in other parts of town. Staff was lovely, with one exception of a rude receptionist who wouldn’t allow check-in one minute before the published time, which seemed petty to us after an arduous journey."
