We loved our stay at the Chantilly Best Western. Great and friendly staff, beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms. The city has so much history. The visit of the chateau was amazing.

A large room with an equally large and comfortable king sized bed. Bathroom was spacious but the shower had a half glass wall curtain that I find gets water everywhere. We were facing the main road and it was a little loud with cars when we first went to bed but we did manage to have a good sleep and would recommend the hotel.

Bon séjour

Hôtel bien placé et literie confortable. Chambre bien équipé. Accueil des clients à améliorer pour un 4 étoiles. Les prix sont chers pour les chiens soit 20 euros par nuit.

Nice room And good price.

Quiet. Room was large and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was €12, secure and right out the door of the hotel, very accessible. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel dining room, and it was very good and well priced. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and for about €14 you can ride right to the Louvre and back. I was in Chantilly many years ago, and I’m very glad that I was able to go back for another visit.

We loved our stay at the Best Western Plus du Parc Chantilly. Our room was very spacious with a very large private terrasse. We were able to easily walk to the main streets of Chantilly as well as the castle of Chantilly. The staff was helpful and professional. My only hesitation is that the taxi that the hotel arranged for us on our departing day seemed to take us the long route to the airport and I had to pay double what I had been expecting to pay. I would ask beforehand about taxi rates as I did pay less than half that from the airport into Paris and Chantilly is closer to the airport than Paris...

Hotel te duur voor wat het bied

Hotel wat niet voldoet aan de verwachtingen welke je van een Best Western mag hebben. De airco deed het niet, bij een buiten temperatuur van 30 °. Het restaurant was 's avonds dicht en de parkeerplaatsen zijn wel erg krap bemeten. De kamer op zich is Ok. Kortom, een tegenvaller en het hotel is te duur voor het gebodene.

One night stay

Overall good stay. Quick check-in, room was large and super clean. Super quiet, great location across from park and easy walk to restaurants and chateau. Check out was quick and easy as well. Was here on a sunday and found free street parking right in front of hotel.

Un séjour bien agréable

L’hôtel du Parc Best Western est bien situé, proche de la gare (le trajet se fait aisément à pied) et face au bois. Il n’est pas loin non plus du superbe château de Chantilly dont la visite est un ravissement. L’hôtel est confortable, bien isolé, avec la climatisation, et propre. Un jardin donne un peu de fraîcheur, bien agréable par ces chaleurs. Le personnel est très courtois et efficace, à l’accueil comme à l’étage. Le restaurant Le Cob complète le séjour avec des plats goûteux, et un service attentionné et irréprochable. Merci à tous et toutes pour ce séjour bien agréable.

Bien situé centre chantilly

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse, calme sur le jardin, je vous conseille de vous garer dans le parking de l’hôtel pour éviter amende de stationnement .. nous sommes arrivés tard er ke lendemain a 11h15 nous avions une amende de 30€ dans la rue.. par contre tres déçu par le COB le restaurant, service très moyen, plats sans goût
