Excellent hotel right next to the l'aiguille du midi gondola! The location is a 3 minute walk away from the pedestrian areas so it was very quiet, thankfully. Staff was friendly snd caring. Our room had AC! This was welcome as the sun was strong and the days were hot. Breakfast was a full buffet and delicious. I would stay there again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Great apartment with as full kitchen and beautiful view of the mountains. The main hotel is right beside and offers free coffee and access to a full spa.

The hot tub and terrace were gorgeous. Apartment was spacious and clean. Just a side note, the upper floor is designed for kids/juniors and it may be difficult to be used by tall adults. Great location just next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There is also an washer/drier but it is in the basement of the next building, you have to ask for it.

Chamonix

Heliopic apartment were clean and very well equipped accommodation e.g., Having own jacuzzi with the Mountain View and Infra red sauna. Will come also next time when visiting at the Chamonix.

Chamonix ski holiday

The apartment was perfect for our needs, spacious, separate bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, dining table, well equipped kitchen, balcony, we were a family of 3. Although we didnt cook it was great to have those facilities should we have needed them. Having the use of everything the hotel had to offer was great, the superb spa, hamman and pool, bar area, reception, ski shop on site, complimentary water, coffee and juice and sweets for the children. close proximity to the bus services to the various ski areas. A very successful and enjoyable time had by all.

Fabio the valet/bell boy was delightful and thorough. The desk staff both when we arrived and when we checked out were abrupt, unhelpful and condescending. Physically the apartment was clean and as described.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the cablecart station. However Google map is having difficulty acceasing the address of the aparthotel. ***Googling the Hotel Name will point you to the right location.*** The hotel and apartment are modern and well equipped. Staff is very helpful. One odd thing about our apartment, which is on the second floor, is that the toillette is by the entrance, while the sink and only hand soap is in the bed room. We had to cross the entire apartment to the bathroom in the bedroom to wash hands every time after using the loo. Likewise, we had to walk through the living room to use the loo in the middle of the night... Other than that, the experience is fantastic.

Apartment was lovely, but not suitable for 6 people. I usually stay in the hotel with my family, but limited availability so went for an apartment instead. You dont get that same Heliopic experience and small shower room and 1 loo with no sink, not sufficient
