The apartment was really spacious and grand. Bed cover was too fluffy and thick, a thinner one would be better.

Holiday Inn Xining Hot-Spring by IHG
Most of the advertised elements (spa, dining, conference rooms) are not completed yet or closed for repairs. Hotel was <5% occupied when we were there, and the limited staff were using the hotel for other commercial activities. We left after one night. We recommend avoiding this property.
