"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "Our group had 3 rooms. When we arrived, one room was on the far side of the complex. When we realized, we requested if there was a room closer to the other 2. We were told it was possible, but it would take a little time. We headed to dinner, and the keys were delivered to us in the dining room! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I reached out to concierge prior to arrival to book transportation to and from hotel. Our flight was delayed and transportation was ready when we arrived! "

"At checkin we were not given any information on where food was to be found and that it was only on a limited time schedule. All-inclusive is a waste at this hotel as food is not always available and not everything in the bar is included. Food is subpar at the buffet and many times we were not offered drinks and had to find them ourselves. We still tipped the staff and the housekeeping was great at cleaning the room daily. But there is really no entertainment so we went into town for live music."

"The main pool was closed. This made the two smaller pools extremely crowded. Most of our visit was trying to find a place that was shaded as my daughter is a cancer survivor. There were no umbrella at the adult only pool and not enough at the other pool. We came to relax and enjoy the pool, but that did not happen. The refrigerator was not stocked with drinks on the first night and there was nowhere to get ice. What a disappointment!"

Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again"

"If you are traveling on a budget, it’s an okay hotel. One thing it has is the access to the small beach (400 Feet away) but the beach isn’t maintained well and has some trash but is totally doable. My major complaint was the plumbing (toilet and shower) clogged constantly and overflowed while showering. Second complaint is the “bottled water service” they give you 1 regular sized bottle of water per person and you have to walk to the front desk with the empty bottle to ask them to refill it… yeah. The tap water on the island is not drinkable, so unless you go to the store and buy drinks (a taxi ride and carry all back to hotel) you will need the water service. This one issue takes a lot of time and makes zero sense. They could easily install a one gallon , refillable Culligan style water dispenser with cups and it makes no trash or waste. Very simple. I’ve stayed here two times about 10 years apart (2015/2026) and I’ll go somewhere new next time. I just don’t want to ask for a refil with my crusty water bottle or stand in a shower with 3 inches of water and who knows what floating around. "
