"The property was spotless, location was perfect, walkable to shops, town etc. street parking we had no issues but might be issues during busy season. Took a minute but figured out the heating, clearer directions would have sorted this out. We were a family of 6 and the property was perfect for us. Kitchen very well equipped, washing machine, had fire place as well. The beds were super cozy. We stayed 3 nights was perfect location to explore the local area. "

We tried contacting reception on multiple occasions but were never able to get through, and the reception desk closes at 5pm, which further limited support when needed. As we had activities planned during the day, visiting reception in person was not always practical, making the lack of phone support particularly frustrating. The...
