"Review asked: Was the airport shuttle easy to use? Answer: Had no idea the hotel had an airport shuttle. I don't remember it being advertised and certainly no one asked if we needed a shuttle when we checked out. We just took an Uber to/from the airport."

"The hotel did not air conditioning. The rooms and elevator are tiny, unclean, and dark. The shower, bed sheets, and room in general had not been cleaned. I dint recommend. The staff, Diego (who apologized for the lack of AC) and Juan Manuel (who gave us a fan so we could sleep) were polite and did their best, but the infrastructure was not there. Do not recommend! "

"Room was nice size, very clean and exactly what we wanted. The staff were very kind and helpful. This was our first time at a boutique hotel and we were not disappointed. The Recoleta area was very safe and easy to get around."
