"We had a very pleasant stay during the off-season. Our rooms overlooked the river and were quiet. The room was clean, relatively recently refurbed and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. On check-in, we asked if we could get a knife (so we could have a wine and cheese snack in our rooms) and the receptionist got us one. "Big parking"

"The room has not been updated in 30 years it seems. The walls are definitely not sound proof. Lou Lou, the night staff person was fantastic. The location worked very well for our skiing needs and parking is easy and free."
