"L’endroit est spacieux mais un ménage de fond s’impose. Nous avons nettoyé le plancher et ramassé un porte poussière rempli de saleté. Nous avons nettoyé-désinfecté l’évier de la cuisine qui avait des endroits gluants. La hot de la cuisinière était graisseuse et sale, les tapis dans les chambres étaient sales, les housses de chaises de salle à manger étaient très sales, la porte du frigo était sale, de même que plusieurs recoins du loft."

"I suggested wine glasses and more towels to the host and they were very receptive. There was a lot of noise in the hallway and from other suite at night but that might be an inevitable hotel / rental reality!"

"There was a broken stove top and a window had been taken apart but not stored."

"Really like it. It has its upscale feel ..very nice"

"Amazing hotel"

"Location"

"its location is great. nice hotel with clean facilities"

"East access, accommodating staff. In-room laundry and a nice wet room bathroom."

"We had the first floor front room apartment with two separate bedrooms, the larger with a balcony. Each bedroom has a large comfy bed and its own tv. The apartment was very clean and open. The lighting is a bit bright with no dimmers and there are no floor lamps. The kitchen was well equipped and it would have been easy to cook in if we chose. The bathroom was roomy with a very nice walk in shower. The location is in the heart of the Plateau giving you lots of places to eat and shop. You are...

"Nice hotel as a base. The staff cannot be faulted for their hospitality, but the hotel didn't ooze the character we expected, although it definitely had style. Nearest safest parking 12 mins walk (Biblioteque) as only 15 mins parking permitted. Breakfast was continental, but coffee was free all day."

"It was a clean and beautiful stay, and on top of that I believe it’s a great price for its location where the street had so much lively cafes and shops! Communication with the place was easy, it was all through text but they always got back to you fast and clearly explained any misunderstandings I had. I would recommend this place and will return again !!"

"A beautiful, artistic hotel conveniently located in the heart of downtown Montreal, within walking distance of a wide variety of options for dining and shopping, multiple metro stations, and Gare Centrale. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and the rooms are very unique, comfortable, and clean."

"Emplacement formidable en face du Théâtre St-Denis! Près de tous les services et restaurants. Très belle chambre, décor contemporain et confortable"
