"This place was one of the highlights of our Switzerland road trip. Loved that it’s up in the mountains not accessible by car. The spa was wonderful, everything was clean and staff were quite helpful. I would highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back here again."
"Such a beautiful stay. Easy to get to from the train and bus station in Lucerne, just take bus 21 and it takes you straight to the front of the hotel. One of the only properties in Lucerne that is on the lake, we swam in the lake in front of the hotel… we will be back. Rooms were very well maintained and clean."
