"Very welcoming and cozy "

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown Houston was extremely disappointing. The hotel feels very old and poorly maintained. The rooms are incredibly small and did not feel clean, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot water. When we called the front desk, we were told to let the water run for 30 minutes before showering to see if it would warm up, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. To make matters worse, the restaurant downstairs was closed with no notice provided to guests, leaving us scrambling to find other options. Unfortunately, the staff was also rude and less than helpful when we tried to address these issues. Instead of assisting, they seemed uninterested in resolving concerns or improving the situation. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below expectations. There are plenty of other hotels in downtown Houston—I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. Just don’t."

"Bed sheets dirty and full of stains was shown to front office , if u suffer from seasonal allergies or asthma their AC filtration and duct is absolutely terrible,"

"Staff not friendly, wrong information about parking before the reservation was given by the Hotel. I will not go again. I cancelled my reservation at arrival per staff member suggestion and stay for 7 hs only "

"Perfect for our needs while visiting for the Houston rodeo. Easy to find, clean, room gets coldddd, bed is comfy, we will be back next week!"
