"Room was “ok” there was dirty towels left from previous guests missed by housekeeping and the curtains has black visible stains. Bed was comfortable and view from the room was enjoyable as well. Food at the bistro was AMAZING their staff was all incredible as well."

"The staff were friendly and we were checked in fairly quick. They did have an issue with one of the elevators, but it was fixed the day we got there. We were bummed we weren’t able to use the fire pit area because we brought our dog. It was one reason I booked there, as I didn’t see anything on here about that area being off limits to people with pets and it was not mentioned when I called to confirm room availability for bringing our dog. It wasn’t until I read the flyer we received at checkin...

"Our family of 5 stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was a lot more spacious than I thought and the layout was very nice. This is our second time back this year and we are always very happy with the staff and amenities. The staff is prompt and helpful. The gym and just enough, the indoor pool is our favorite and the location is great. The breakfast is also very good and provides a lot of variety. Overall, its our favorite place to stay in Newport!"

There were many amenities such as continental breakfast, fitness center, multiple bathrooms, and multi-tiered parking. From the outside it doesn’t look quite as nice as it is on the inside, which was a very happy surprise."

"We were actually disappointed. Our room had a cool wood cathedral ceiling and gas fireplace but the room was tiny. We found it difficult to unpack. You had to slam the bathroom door to get it to close. We had no wash cloths or makeup cloths. The hot tub in the spa looked dirty but may just be stained so we did not use it. The room had a nice balcony and the bed was fine. Overall it was fine but not wonderful but the price was good for oceanfront."

"This property is in dire need of updating I was moved to a second room due to the condition of the first room not being cleaned had a horrible odor fireplace not fitting in the opening marks all over the walls the bathroom was gross. Second was better but not by much they placed a fireplace in front of a fireplace which is strange. I would never recommend staying there to anyone and I will never return."

"Men’s sauna was closed for maintenance when we stayed in the July 4th weekend."

"This is one the nicest properties I ever stayed at. I saw it had a 3 star rating as an Inn. Can't understand that. This place is a gem. I'd say a 5 star. I hesitate to say that. Like to keep it a secret."

"Great location in Florence for our overnight stay. Room was clean and in excellent condition. Parking available and their staff was friendly helpful. Inn is located at the top of a hill so there is a steep driveway to climb but it’s not as bad as it looks at first glance. Since the weather was warm, we wished for a/c or a fan. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this Inn."
