"The staff (Laura, Elena, Svetlana and Serena) were fantastic and extremely helpful. The breakfast was magnificent. The parking (down a ramp) was convenient but do not even try to drive into the town’s narrow and twisty streets. Hotel should warn drivers to arrive at the parking lot off the highway (give clear directions) and not enter town. There are 2 good restaurants within 5 and 10 minutes by car but ask the staff to help you make reservations. A wonderful experience. The only complaint was...

"The owner of the hotel Francesca is literally there 24/7. You get anything that you need in a heartbeat. The room is really big, it also had a balcony and a spacious shower room. The lake is very close therefore it is easy to walk or cycle there. We rented the bikes just for €5 for a half day from the hotel. A boat ride to the Island was very enjoyable. Der kleine Pool auf dem Dach ist ein guter Ort um zu relaxen und war bei 38 Grad im Schatten eine erfrischende Oase.
