"They shut the water off our first night , then said they turned it back on but it was brown. There were kids all over the hotel we had to call twice and complain about the constant noise both nights we were there. It was a miserable stay for us. I’d love to get my money back. "

"When we arrived there was a lot of activity in the hotel, they had 2 functions running and you couldn't hear what the Front Desk Agent had to say, whilst she wonderful and did her best I felt we didn't get the experience we could have had. The room was clean and well kept but our room was next to the elevators - so when the event finished late at night we heard all of the continued celebrations of the people also located on our floor. They appeared to have a very good time. I would have to say though, the whole experience may have been very different if we had picked a weekend where the hotel was not as busy. We didn't stay for breakfast, there was no room at the restaurant - again due to the pure number of guests."

"Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were over cooked and they only had one type of bread for toast. Service was also slow and seemed confused because we had to repeat ourselves a couple types on what we wanted to order. "

"The room was dingy and kinda in a basement, difficult for my sister to get to because there were no elevators. Also theTV wasn’t connected. We didn’t have time to have someone come to fix it but I feel like that should be part of the room check. "

"I had an amazing experience during my stay. Mesfin Asfaha and the staff did an incredible job decorating the room—it truly exceeded my expectations and made the occasion feel special. The evening and night front desk team provided excellent service; they were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The valet parking staff were also outstanding—quick, courteous, and efficient. On top of that, the room itself was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything from the service to the accommodations was top-notch. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning."
