"Great location when visiting Assisi. Staff was great and breakfast was one I’d go back for seconds. Only downside was no AC and it was fairly warm for an October evening. So we had to sleep with the windows open which wasn’t the most quiet rest we got. "

"Location,location! The hotel is very close to all sights. Carmine and his wife run this hotel and take great care and pride in its upkeep. Breakfast is delicious with Carmine's wife making the daily bread. The hotel is modern and new within ancient travertine construction. We loved our stay here."

"J’ai bien aimé l’endroit . La chambre était propre et style italienne . J’ai bien apprécié la présence de Margueritta qui parle Français elle est très serviable. Pour aller à la gare et revenir il y a un arrêt de bus à 20mn à pied . Je n’ai eu aucune difficulté pour y accéder. Juste à côté de l’arrêt du bus on peut accéder par la Porta Nuova pour visiter tous les endroits religieux commençant par BAsilique Sainte Claire et Santa Maria Maggiore où Saint Carlos Acutis se repose et en finissant à...

"It is run by a sister and brother who is super helpful. Our room is facing the little so it's a bit noisy depending who were screaming outside in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good with freshly baked goods. Highly recommended."

"Lovely room which was clean and a lovely bathroom and shower. Family run property. Obvious that the whole family did their best to make our stay as lovely as possible. Alicia was delightful and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Too much sweet items for our taste but very beautifully displayed. Didnt use the small spa area, but would suggest the outside area of the spa be given some attention. "What a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The BnB is very clean and comfortable, everything we expected and more. I wished we had plan a day or two longer in Assisi, we would have been at home here. I hope to return to Assisi in the future and given the amazing stay and great hospitality we were shown, I would choose and recommend Alter Ego again and again! Bravo SIR, you are doing...
