"David and Elvira are fantastic hosts who ensure that your stay is very personal. The room we stayed in was very clean and perfect and had everything that we needed e.g tea, coffee and luxury bath products. The breakfast was excellent - couldn't eat everything as the portions were so large. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back!"

"Excellent pub bed and breakfast, friendly staff, car park, nice clean comfy room with en suite toilet and shower. Lovely breakfast full english, tea and coffee, toast selection of cereals. Value for money in a convenient location."

The boiler worked but it didn’t seem to warm up the main living area. We ended up putting the oven on and leaving the door open. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service -...

"Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Parking nice and easy on premise. Great breakfast at Erskine Arms down the road. Would recommend."

"The B&B is absolutely spotless, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with (unusual for the UK) a bidet with hot and cold water. Tea and coffee maker in the room, with biscuits. No noise from the street, four small parking places in front of the hotel, very good breakfast. Highly recommended."
